Iowa Arts Council Youth Art Exhibition
Art Featured in the Des Moines State Historical Building. Representing Rivermont Collegiate. Every year art educators in the state of Iowa are given the opportunity to submit 10 pieces of student artwork from their district to be exhibited at the Youth Art Month celebration. Y.A.M. is recognized national and is sponsored by the Art Educators of Iowa. This year 4 Rivermont students were chosen to exhibit at the Historical Building of Iowa, representing the AEA Mississippi Bend District.
